We don't have a very overbearing training schedule as we believe in healthy training, work and social life, and that happy players are more effective on the court.
We also do expect you to continue working on fundamentals at social league games AND that you continue to work on overall fitness and health. We recommend all of our club members register for a gym membership or have a regular training program.Â
Below is our workout buddy program, where you can find members of our club, what gyms they go to, and what workouts they like to do. Find a buddy a let them know you want to work out with them! Simple as that!

The fitness experts that are building the next Dodgeball athletes in South Australia.
The Australian Athletic Centre is the official partner of Adelaide Dodgeball and has a great space for weight and plyometric training, as well as space to practice skills with the centre's dodgeballs (Foam & Cloth. Members get access to discounted Dodgeball-specific physio and program training so you know these guys are giving good advice. Athletes that stuck to their program saw an average growth of 8km per hour in their throw velocity within 3 3-month period.
